Membership cards (S&R, Landers)
Store membership terms and purchase limits are set by each store and can change. The HOA must confirm them in writing with the store before a trip, then record them in the store's rules note (Admin > Items & stores). The system enforces what is recorded: the traveler must hold the card when a store requires it, and each item can carry a per-member limit (rule R5).
Cost-sharing, not reselling
Requesters pay the actual receipt price plus a proportional share of the disclosed trip fee. No markup is added. The fee is shown before anyone joins. Regular profit-making may be treated as a business (BIR / DTI / local permit): the HOA should consult an accountant or lawyer.
Pricing
Every item shows its last confirmed price and date. Requesters prefund the estimate plus a 10% buffer. After shopping, the traveler enters actual receipt prices; the difference is refunded or collected, and the price list updates automatically.
Pack sizes (minimum threshold)
Items sold in packs (e.g. a C2 box of 8) are consolidated per pack. Example: pack of 8.
• 10 ordered: 1 full pack is secured. If any requester ticked "round up", the pack is completed and the extra units are shared among those who accepted. Otherwise the 2 latest units are trimmed and refunded.
• 6 ordered: below one pack. Round up (extra 2 shared by those who accepted), or all 6 are trimmed and refunded.
Any disagreement can be sent as a dispute from the trip page; the HOA administrator decides.
Matching rules
R1 verified resident · R2 item sold at trip's store · R3 before window closes · R4 within capacity · R5 within per-member limit. Every rejection shows its reason.
